本驱动器性能非L298这些电机驱动芯片所能比拟的,本驱动器注重电流和效率,有效发挥电机功率和电池使用时间。能承受大电流过载,最大电流可达30A。
此驱动器还具有的刹车功能可迅速将电机刹住,刹车迅速,制动明显,实现此功能操作简单。
本驱动器采用完整的两片半桥驱动芯片+极低内阻的N沟道MOSFET组成。完整的两片半桥驱动芯片可靠的驱动方式,使MOSFET的开关损耗降至最低。提高电源利用率。MOSFET驱动芯片自带硬件刹车功能和电能反馈功能。
本驱动器优于集成功率芯片方案功率余量低和其他半桥组合方案中时序协调复杂问题和互补驱动问题。
MOSFET采用N沟道IRF3205 MOSFET,使用两片专用半桥驱动芯片,对上管采用自举电容,使上管有足够的驱动电压,可快速使MOSFET沟道打开,提高电机的加速曲率,同时也能迅速的为电机制动。这可以使的的小车能迅速启动也能迅速杀车。
本驱动器可以工作在0%-99%的PWM调制占空比,使电机可以得到足够的驱动电压。
